What makes it Detroit-style

Detroit pizza is baked in a heavy rectangular pan. The cheese goes right to the edges, so it caramelizes into a crunchy, lacy crust. The dough is thicker and airier than a hand-tossed pie.

How we make ours

• Made from scratch in our kitchen with the same poolish, 48-hour fermentation as all of our dough.
• The crust is vegan, so it works with Daiya cheese for a vegan Detroit pizza.
• You choose the sauce and toppings.
