OUR NORMAL MENU IS ANYTHING BUT NORMAL.

Our dough is made with all-natural, unbleached, unbromated flour and extra virgin olive oil. We start with a POOLISH FERMENT. It then rests and ferments for a minimum of 48 hours and is then topped with all-natural sauce and all-natural Mozzarella & Provolone Cheese or whatever you decide to create.

 All of our cheeses are all natural with no cellulose, additives or fillers. We also fry with Non-GMO Sunflower Oil and Sauté with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
